These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://predictorium.io/, any associated web application, interfaces, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Predictorium ("Predictorium", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if: - you are at least 18 years old; - you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms; - your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction; - you are not subject to sanctions or other legal restrictions that prohibit your use of the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is legal where you are located.
2. The Service
Predictorium provides a non-custodial interface for viewing, creating, and interacting with blockchain-based prediction markets, events, groups, orders, and related digital assets. The Service may include: - wallet connection features; - order placement and cancellation tools; - event or group creation tools; - token minting and other smart-contract interactions; - moderation, resolution, settlement, and related on-chain or off-chain workflows. Predictorium does not custody your assets, private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials. All blockchain transactions are executed through your wallet and may be irreversible.
3. No Financial or Legal Advice
The Service is a technology interface only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or other professional advice, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction. You are solely responsible for evaluating the legality, suitability, and risks of any activity you undertake through the Service.
4. Wallets and Transactions
To use certain features, you may need to connect a third-party wallet. You are solely responsible for: - the security of your wallet, seed phrase, devices, and credentials; - reviewing and approving each transaction before submission; - ensuring you have sufficient assets to cover transactions and network fees; - all activity conducted through your wallet. Predictorium cannot recover wallet credentials or reverse blockchain transactions.
5. User Content and Conduct
If you submit events, groups, descriptions, images, or other content through the Service ("User Content"), you represent that you have the right to do so and that the content does not violate any law or third-party rights. You must not use the Service to: - engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct; - interfere with the Service, smart contracts, wallets, APIs, or networks; - upload malicious code or bypass security measures; - infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; - create or use markets, events, or groups in violation of applicable law. We may remove content, suspend access, or restrict use of the Service where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or protection of the Service or its users.
6. Resolution, Moderation, and Data Sources
The Service may rely on external data sources, public information, oracle systems, automated tools, artificial-intelligence tools, and human review in connection with moderation, resolution, and settlement. We do not guarantee that any such inputs, decisions, or outcomes will be accurate, complete, available, or error-free. Delays, disputes, failures, or corrections may occur.
7. Fees and Taxes
Blockchain networks, wallets, and other third parties may charge transaction fees, gas fees, spreads, or similar charges. You are solely responsible for those charges and for any taxes or reporting obligations related to your activity.
8. Risks
By using the Service, you accept the risks associated with blockchain technology, digital assets, and prediction markets, including: - volatility and loss of value; - smart-contract bugs or exploits; - wallet compromise or loss of access; - network congestion, outages, forks, or other blockchain failures; - oracle, data-feed, moderation, or resolution errors; - legal and regulatory uncertainty. You assume full responsibility for these risks and for any resulting losses.
9. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors own the Service and its content, except for your User Content and third-party materials. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party wallets, blockchains, protocols, APIs, analytics providers, and other services. We are not responsible for third-party services or their terms, availability, security, or privacy practices.
11. Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREDICTORIUM AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Predictorium and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted, unless stated otherwise.
